Luis Castillo and Dean Kremer each worked four innings for their respective teams, and Grant Taylor supplied Chicago’s key relief bridge with 2.2 innings and three strikeouts.

The result gives Chicago a clean road win built on early offense, timely run production and enough relief stability to protect the lead. Minnesota’s home-run power made the game competitive, but the late scoring drought exposed the larger issue: the Twins could not sustain pressure once Chicago’s pitching settled into the matchup. The White Sox leave at 71-63 with another win secured; Minnesota falls to 64-71 and needs a more complete offensive performance to reverse its direction.
